Our GLC students are having fun with the German language and their teacher Jurgita!
As you can see they wear every day a different color (green, blue, pink) and they will learn all kind of topics dealing with the specific color.

Zum Beispiel: Die Farbe Blau

• Warum sagt man "ich bin blau" oder "ich mache heute blau"?
• Früher hat man u.a. die Pflanze Färberwaid zum Blau-Färben verwendet. Aus dem Färberwaid wurde in Deutschland Indigo (Indigoblau) gewonnen. Erst an der Luft oxidiert der Farbstoff und wird langsam blau.
