Excel Course: Pivot Tables, MGS-Members only!

Using MS Excel you can enter and manage data in various ways. However, when it comes to analysing data most people just rely on grouping and filtering. But there is a very powerful tool available in Excel that helps to analyse data and present it in a completely new way: PIVOT TABLES! With Pivot Tables you can set various criteria to group, filter and analyse data for amazing reports and data analysis.
The course is open for members of MGS only, free of charge!

This course covers the basics of working with Pivot Tables for people who are unfamiliar with them:
- Introduction to Pivot Tables
- Requirements for the source data table
- Setting Criteria for data analysis based on a sample data table
- Creating your first Pivot table
- Layout and formatting
- Pivot Table and Graphic Chart
- Building an interactive dashboard with live data graphic summary
Our Member Ralf Touby is an avid Excel user who programs in VBA and works with Pivot Tables on a daily basis.
Course duration: approx. 2 hours
Requirements: Basic understanding of Excel, bring your own Laptop with MS Excel on it.
