Sunday, 18 June, 05.00 PM at MGS
Once a year the MGS holds it's Annual General Meeting. The date is fixed by the Board of Management according to the rules of the Society. The purpose of the meeting among others is to approve the Annual Report of last year and the Statement of Accounts, to elect a Board of Management every other year and to apoint auditors.
MGS cordially invites all members to join the AGM to get first hand information about the preformance of MGS.
After the AGM all members are invited for a nice get together and dinner buffet!
