AGM Annual General Meeting
Sunday, 5 June, 05.00 PM at MGS

Once a year the MGS holds it's Annual General Meeting. The date is fixed by the Board of Management according to the rules of the Society. The purpose of the meeting among others is to approve the Annual Report and the Statement of Accounts, to elect a Board of Management every other year and to apoint auditors.

This year's AGM will be held on 5 June 2016 and due to the regular election of the Board of Managment we will start already at 5pm. Ordinary members and members with the same rights as ordinary members are entitled to vote at the meeting, provided their membership has been paid prior to the meeting.
